Friday Friend Pass™
RBC Avion® Visa® cardholders get access to the Friday Friend Pass™. Buy one adult lift pass for yourself and get a second one free*, every Friday at Panorama this winter season.
When purchasing the Friday Friend Pass™ product you will receive two adult lift tickets (one for you and one for your friend) for the price of one (only one ticket will appear in your cart). Purchases must be made with an RBC Avion® Visa® credit card, and cards will be verified on-site at the point of ticket pick-up. Each RBC Avion® Visa® cardholder is limited to one Friday Friend Pass™, per Friday.

How do I redeem my Free Friday Pass?
If you purchased your RBC Avion® Visa® Friday Friend Pass™ online, please visit an outside ticket window at the Ski Tip Lodge. Please present your purchase confirmation email, RBC Avion® Visa® credit card and photo ID to collect your pass and the Friday Friend Pass™ for your companion.
When purchasing in-person at the resort, please visit an outside ticket window at the Ski Tip Lodge and present your RBC Avion® Visa® credit card and photo ID. You must purchase your pass with your RBC Avion® Visa® credit card. RBC Avion® Visa® Friday Friend Pass™ is only available on Fridays.

I bought a Friday Friend Pass™, but am no longer heading to the mountain on that Friday. Can I get a refund?
No, Panorama lift tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, nor can they be resold or exchanged for a credit or any other product.

I'm a Panorama Season Passholder - can I purchase a Friday Friend Pass™ for two of my friends or my kids?
No, the Friday Friend Pass™ is an exclusive offer for RBC Avion® Visa® cardholders only. The name on the ticket and the name on the card will be compared when you collect your Friday Friend Pass™ on-site at a ticket window. Friday Friend Pass™ is valid for adult tickets only.

Where can I park my vehicle?
Panorama has multiple parking areas available and parking is rarely in short supply.
Lot 1 - upper parking lot: Located at 2040 Summit Drive (near our administration building) the upper parking lot is used primarily for overnight guests in The Approach Hotel, adaptive skier parking and childcare drop off. The lot is full 99% of the time.
Lot 2 - lower parking lot: Instead of turning into the resort at the Panorama welcome sign, continue another 50m (160 ft) down Toby Creek Road and turn left. This is where the majority of skiers and riders park. After parking your car walk past the Adventure Centre, across the pedestrian bridge and ride up the free Village Gondola to the main village hub.
Lot 3 - stables parking lot: Instead of turning into the resort at the Panorama welcome sign, continue another 100 m (320 ft) down Toby Creek Road and turn right. After parking your car walk past the Adventure Centre, across the pedestrian bridge and ride up the free Village Gondola to the main village hub.
Greywolf Golf Course parking lot: Turn into the resort at the Panorama welcome sign and take Panorama Drive to Greywolf Drive, just past the skier overpass bridge. Located at 1860 Greywolf Drive, this lot serves our Nordic Centre primarily but can be used as alpine parking on busy days with access to the mountain via the Sunbird Chair.

How do you get to Panorama?
Directions to Panorama
Panorama is situated in BC’s Purcell Mountains, with alpine views to the Rocky Mountains. The nearest major city is Calgary, AB a 3½ hour drive away. Access from Calgary is west, via Highway 1 through Banff National Park, the a turn south through Kootenay National Park to Radium Hot Springs and onwards to Invermere, BC.
From Invermere, a picturesque 20 minute drive rises into the Purcell Mountains and winds towards Panorama Mountain Resort.
Air Access
All the nearest airports are listed on the map.
- Calgary International Airport (YYC) is the most common access point to Panorama. It's 311 km from Panorama through the world famous Banff and Kootenay National Parks. During the winter season we offer airport transfers from YYC.
- Canadian Rockies International Airport (YXC) is just 161 km from Panorama.
- Spokane International Airport (GEG) is 464 km from Panorama.
- Glacier Park International Airport (FCA) in Kalispell, MT is 349 km from Panorama.

Is the Monster X snowcat included in my ticket?
No, the Monster X snowcat program is a specialty experience taking skiers and riders to the furthest reaches of our Monster terrain in Taynton Bowl. An additional ticket is required to board one of our Monster X snowcats, but the terrain is hikeable (when open) if you don't mind working for your turns. There is no additional cost to access the Monster terrain on foot.

I want to stay overnight. Where do I book to stay overnight at Panorama?
Panorama Mountain Resort is the most complete ski-in / ski-out destination in the Canadian Rockies region.
