UPDATE: Tuesday, March 24, 2020 - 3:45 PM (MST)

Panorama Mountain Resort takes it's obligations to our employees and community very seriously. In a press conference today, the Prime Minister of Canada asked us to go home and stay home. Our team has done just that. We fully respect the directives of local, provincial and federal authorities, and are letting the experts guide our decisions. We have taken further actions from today and closed Front Desk. See below for more information.

Information about our early closure

Looking for more information about how our early closure impacts you as as homeowner? Here are some frequently asked questions. If you still have questions please call us at Homeowner Experience.

  • Can I still access my property and who else can get access?

    Yes, but please note that Front Desk is closed. Safety Services will be operating out of Central Check-in and are able to provide keys to property owners. Keys will not be provided to anyone other than the property owner or registered tenant, and we ask that you delay all contractors for non-emergency work and realtor showings for at least the next two weeks.

    We echo the stern requests of the Prime Minister and senior public health officials and strongly advise against all non-essential travel to Panorama. Please think carefully before deciding to travel to the resort.

  • How do I get a key to my property?

    Front Desk is closed. Our Safety Services team are working out of Central Check-In and are available 24 hours every day. Further to this, there is no bell service. This means there is no one to deliver a key to your condo if you lock yourself out. Every time you leave your condo you should be taking your jacket, boots and identification in case you need to walk to Central Check-In to get a new key. If there is no-one at Central Check-in you will need to call the number on the door and someone from our Safety Services team will return to make you a key.

  • Do you still have housekeeping and maintenance available for owner cleaning and repairs?

    No, housekeeping and in unit maintenance has been suspended for the time being. This includes pre-arrival cleaning and the stocking of toiletries, bedding and other supplies. Bedding in your unit has been stripped and removed, along with any garbage. We also checked to ensure that heat was down, windows were closed, no toilets were left running and that your unit was secure. Please be aware that upon arrival, your unit may need cleaning by you and that you will need to bring basic items such as sheets, towels, toilet paper, shampoo and so on. The units will not be cleaned or serviced.

    We understand this is inconvenient, but it is part of our effort to protect our staff and limit any spread of COVID-19 to this area.

  • What services are available?

    We are only operating essential services and with limited hours and offerings, which may change without notice. For the most up-to-date information please click here.  

  • Can I cancel my upcoming owner bookings even if they are within the regular cancellation period?

    Yes, absolutely. We encourage all owners to reconsider non-essential travel to Panorama at this time. Please contact Homeowner Experience to rearrange your stay. 

  • I have a Season Pass or Snow+ Card. Where can I find more information?

  • Will the resort be open for summer?

    We certainly hope so but the current situation means we can't be 100% sure. Greywolf Golf Course has the scheduled opening date of May 8th. Warm season operations are scheduled to start Saturday May 16th with opening of the Bike Park. We are still taking reservations for the period from May 8th.
