Reload your RFID pass or card

Skip the ticket window by adding more skiing online

If you have a SNOW+ Card or reloadable day ticket (a black Advantage RFID card), you can add on additional days online or over the phone throughout the season. Reloads must be done at least 24 hours prior to the day you wish to use the ticket. To reload online, follow the information below. To reload over the phone, please call 1.800.663.2929.

Steps to reload

To add days to your Snow+ Card or reload your Advantage Card day ticket, click on the buttons below and you will be redirected to our online store. Select the products you would like and add them to your cart. If you are adding days to your Snow+ Card you will be asked to sign in to your account prior to checkout. If you are reloading your day ticket you must check the box that confirms you have kept your RFID card. You will them be prompted to log into your account prior to checkout. 

If you have any trouble reloading, please call 1.800.663.2929 and a reservations agent will reload your card over the phone.

Detailed help for online same day and pre-purchased lift tickets.

  • Reload to my Advantage Card. I already have an existing estore guest profile.

    If you have a black Panorama Advantage RFID card AND have an online profile in our estore then you can reload in our estore.

    1.  Login to our estore to our manage RFID Tickets and Passes page 
    2. Verify that the Chip ID matches your Panorama Advantage card in your hands. (If it does not click replace Chip ID and follow the instructions.)
    3. Click "View Products" to see a list of products that are specifically chosen for you. If you do not see what you are looking for click on any product in the blue header bar. 
    4. Add the tickets you would like and go through the check out process as the estore prompts you.
  • Reload to my Advantage Card. I do not have an estore guest profile.

    Your last purchase was at the ticket window and you have not set up a profile with us but you have a black Panorama Advantage RFID. No problem. You first have to set up a profile for yourself in the Panorama estore. 

    1.  Login to our estore to our manage RFID Tickets and Passes page 
    2. Verify that the Chip ID matches your Panorama Advantage card in your hands. (If it does not click replace Chip ID and follow the instructions.)
    3. Click Discount Lift tickets in the header. 
    4. Add the tickets you would like and check out.
  • Purchase online tickets for the first time. I do not have an Advantage Card nor an estore profile.

    You do not yet have a black Panorama Advantage RFID and would now like to purchase/reload online. No problem. You can shop online and then set up a profile for yourself in the Panorama estore as you checkout. 

    1.  Visit our estore
    2. "Add to cart" the tickets you would like
    3. Click "check out".
Keep your card for next year

Keep your Season Pass, Snow+ Card or reloadable day ticket RFID card and load it back up next season. When it is time to purchase your 2019/2020 Season Pass or Snow+ Card you can simply reload it to your current card and go straight to the lift. Please note: Season Passholders are required to sign a waiver each year. This must be done before your pass will work at the lift.

Recycle your card

When picking up your RFID card you paid a $5 card deposit. We can recycle/reuse your card so bring it back to us when you are finished with it and we will refund you the $5 deposit you paid.
