Where altitude is everything.

For the 2020/21 season RK will be offering only Semi Private and Private Platinum packages so you can safely ski in your bubble. Semi Private enables you to ski as your own group with up to two other groups utilizing the helicopter. Private Platinum provides you with exclusive us of a helicopter for your group.

Three and five run packages will currently not be offered to avoid mixing groups.

Proudly boasting, over 50 years of fresh powder track experience in the pristine Purcell Mountains, RK. Heliski is based in Panorama Mountain Resort. This incredible terrain comprised of 1,500 square kilometres / 930 square miles, has spectacular scenery, expansive glaciers and quality glade skiing offering skiers and snowboarders the adventure of a lifetime!

RK. Heliski offers experiences for all levels of powder adventurers, and provides packages including custom powder skis or boards. With experienced guides and 50 years of operation they're a perfect first choice for an incredible heli-skiing experience.  

You will need fuel to be slashing powder turns all day long, so RK. Heliski also included is breakfast to start you off right, and a backcountry lunch. Imagine picnicking on top of a mountain!

Safety in the backcountry is always paramount and RK. Heliski also provide the use and training of Pulse BarryVox transceivers and certified mountain guides.

RK's Guides

RK. Heliski guides have the finest training in North America and are certified by the Association of Canadian Mountain Guides (ACMG), or by the International Federation of Mountain Guide Association.

General Manager, Graham Holt, is a certified ACMG Ski Guide and has guided with RK since 1999.  Graham coordinates an astute team of professional guides who assess the weather and conditions to determine the best ski area.
