The Park After Dark Rail Jam is a classic jam-style event built for style, progression, and creativity. Skiers and snowboarders of all ages are welcome. This is not a stop-start contest — it’s a free-flowing jam where riders hike the features, stack laps, and show us what they’ve got.

How it works:
Each category gets a dedicated jam window. During that time, riders can hike as much as they want and hit the features as often as they like. Judges will be watching throughout, rewarding style, control, progression, creativity, and commitment — not just the biggest trick.
Whether you’re stomping clean laps, unlocking a new trick, or bringing unique style to the rails, this format lets you ride at your own pace and showcase your best riding.
Good to know:
• Open to skiers & snowboarders of all ages
• Jam format (ride as much as you want during your category time)
• Capacity is 30 participants so register early to secure your spot!
Registration:
- $10 + GST
- Register the day of event - please visit Guest Services to sign up from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. (Parent must sign a waiver for those under 19.)
- A valid night skiing ticket or season pass is required to participate.
Schedule:
- 3:00pm - 5:00pm: Registration at Guest Services.
- 5:00pm: Chairlift opens for night skiing, head to the Drop Zone Park.
- 5:00pm - 6:00pm: Warm Up and Mandatory Athlete Meeting
- 6:00pm: Jam Commences!
- 8:00pm: Prizes at the Beach Patio
Categories:
- Groms - 6 to 12 (Boys + Girls, Ski + Snowboard combined)
- Youth - 13 to 17 (Boys Ski, Boys Snowboard, Girls Ski, Girls Snowboard)
- Adult - 18 + (Men Ski, Men Snowboard, Women Ski, Women Snowboard)
Categories must have a minimum of 3 participants for podium prizes so encourage your friends!
