Elevate your ski day with an energizing 45 min yoga class. This class provides a mix of yoga and other stretching, strengthening, mobility and balancing movements.

Nourish your body and mind with mindful movement and breathwork. Leave feeling ready to take on whatever your day on the mountain brings!

Time and Dates:
  • 2:15-3:30 PM
  • Class duration is 45 minutes. 
Who is this for?
  • Classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels.

  • Variations and modifications will be offered to accommodate all ability levels.

  • Minimum age to attend is 13.

Registration:
  • Participants must book in advance as class size is limited. For last minute bookings, please email info@panoramayoga.com
  • Please note that a lift ticket is required to access the yoga deck.

Class information:
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up - classes will begin at the scheduled time.

  • Bring water and a towel if needed and wear layers.

  • Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.

  • Waivers must be signed online before arrival.
