For the benefit of all concerned there are several Policies and Procedures that we ask of Owners, concerning their "Owner Bookings" at the Resort:
- Complete Owner Usage Calendar – Due February 1st for next winter bookings and November 1st for next summer bookings. Pre-booking allows Panorama to better predict our available inventory, which is needed to acquire business, meaning an opportunity to increase revenue. By filling out an Owner usage calendar Owners can be guaranteed their requested dates.
- Last Minute Bookings – If an owner wishes to request a reservation that is not indicated on their Owner Usage Calendar they may do so by contacting your Homeowner Experience Department at which time the request is subject to availability of the unit. We ask that during high occupancy periods, the request is not made until 48 hours before expected arrival to allow our reservations department the ability to fill last-minute guest requests and increase revenue generated into the rental pool.
- Estimate Usage – To better accommodate Owner booking requests and needs we have removed our maximum night policy of Owner Usage. As all dates booked according to the Owner Usage calendar are guaranteed, we ask for all Owners to plan cautiously and block off as many potential reservations as needed then cancel as necessary according to the cancellation guidelines summarized below.
- Cancellations - Cancellations must be made a minimum of 14 days before arrival in the regular season or 30 days prior in peak season to enable Panorama to attempt to fill the new vacancy for mutual benefit. Please email your Homeowner Experience Coordinator before your arrival date if you are not coming. This will prevent you from being charged a departure cleaning fee. In addition, if your reservation falls during a peak period we may have the ability to sell your unit on last-minute notice and a cancellation may be possible.
