Enjoy guaranteed access to a premium parking space steps from the lifts, with no need to rush, circle the lot, or haul gear from further away. Whether you’re arriving late, or need in and out access throughout the day, your spot is always ready and waiting. 

Long-term paid parking is available each winter season in Parking Lot 1 (P1)

2025/26 available dates: December 5, 2025 - April 12, 2026.

10% of the purchase price is donated to the Panorama Foundation in support of community-based initiatives in Panorama and the Columbia Valley.

Pricing & Availability

Space is limited, and permits are sold on a first come, first served basis beginning with returning pass holders, then those on the wait list, and then public.

Parking Permits are only available for purchase by phone at 1.800.663.2929 (opt 2).

Long-Term Parking Terms and Conditions

Long-term paid parking is provided as a premium amenity to enhance the experience of our valued guests. To ensure safety, fairness, and a pleasant environment, the following conditions apply.

  • 1. General
    • Long-term paid parking is reserved exclusively for guests with a valid permit issued by Panorama Mountain Resort
    • One mirror-hanging parking permit is distributed per purchase
    • Permit must be displayed from the rearview mirror
    • Permits are transferable, they can be moved to any vehicle
    • Unpermitted vehicles will be ticketed and may be towed at the owner’s expense
    • Panorama is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to property
    • Permits are distributed at the Guest Services desk in Ski Tip Lodge
    • Permits are non-refundable
  • 2. Etiquette
    • Do not block drive lanes or emergency access points
    • Oversized vehicles and trailers are prohibited
    • Parking Lot 1 is an idle free zone
    • Maximum speed is 10km/hr.
    • Obey the directions of parking lot staff
    • Consumption of alcohol or recreational drugs is prohibited
    • Pets must be leashed
    • Do not leave ski / snowboard equipment where it obstructs others
  • 3. Snow & Weather Conditions
    • The resort’s snow removal team requires clear access at all times. Please ensure your vehicle is parked appropriately
    • Any items (e.g., ski gear, stepladders, materials) left on the ground may be removed without notice to facilitate snow clearing or to reduce the risk to others
    • Vehicles obstructing snow removal may be towed at the owner’s expense.
  • 4. Compliance & Enforcement
    • Failure to follow these conditions may result in the loss of parking privileges, towing, or further action as deemed necessary by Panorama Mountain Resort
