Panorama is a special place that takes skiing and outdoor adventure seriously. Surrounded by the beauty of the Purcell Mountains, with views of the Canadian Rocky Mountains, Panorama boasts four seasons of adventure on nearly 3000 acres of terrain across 4000 vertical feet. Accompanied by an intimate village of eateries, accommodation, retail, and services to relax and escape, this is what Pure Canada is made of.

Your trail starts here!

Why Panorama?

Americans love visiting Panorama Mountain Resort for its uncrowded slopes, legendary grooming on the frontside, incredible powder on the backside, and authentic mountain-town vibe. Just a scenic drive north of the border, Panorama delivers wide-open terrain with reliable snow and peak-to-base skiing, all paired with the largest slopeside hot pools in Canada for the ultimate après reward.

Add favorable exchange rates, friendly Canadian hospitality, and easy access to the Powder Highway, and it’s a ski vacation that feels refreshingly big, relaxed, and genuinely memorable.

Everything outside your doorstep!

We’re big on terrain and experiences, but boutique in our level of service. We pride ourselves on delivering a full destination resort experience with memorable adventures right outside your door. What sets us apart are experiences you won’t find just anywhere: day heliskiing directly from the base area, 13-passenger Monster X snowcats accessing the furthest reaches of our inbounds terrain, a full-service Nordic Centre, night skiing, tandem paragliding experience, and snowmobiling adventures. Also, and just 20 minutes away in Invermere, you’ll also find The Whiteway, the world-record-holding longest skating trail on a frozen lake. And at the top of our mountain, you won’t find a typical cafeteria donning our peaks only a collection of intimate alpine huts serving locally curated cuisine with a distinct European flair.

Winter 2025/26 has kicked off with some of the best conditions we have seen in 30 years!
