Anytime Snowcards: Can be used for any date throughout the 2024/25 ski season with no blackouts.

Restricted SnowCards: Are blacked out during the below holiday periods. You can purchase add on days for these holiday dates at 15% off the posted ticket window rate.

Midweek SnowCards: Are blacked out for use on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and during the below holiday periods. Available for purchase November 1 - December 26, 2024.

SnowCards are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product for any reason whatsoever.

Collecting Your SnowCard

SnowCards can be collected from the ticket windows or ticket kiosks outside of Ski Tip Lodge, in the upper village. If you already have an active Panorama RFID card and loaded your new SnowCard product to it, you can go directly to the chairlift. You can make sure you are all set to go for the day by tapping your RFID card on our ticket checker kiosk beside the Guest Services desk.

Return It & Get $5 Back

All Panorama SnowCards come loaded onto RFID enabled plastic cards. These cards can be reloaded with any Panorama pass product and reused summer or winter. If you no longer need your RFID card, return it to Guest Services for recycling and we'll give you $5 back per valid card.

SEASON PASSHOLDER TERMS AND CONDITIONS


PEACE OF MIND PROMISE

The Passholder acknowledges that the 2021-22 Panorama Winter Season Pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for a credit or any other product. The Passholder may lose skiing / snowboarding privileges, with the pass revoked without refund, for any misuse or failure to adhere to Panorama Mountain Resort policy. Season passes are to be used within the season they are purchased for. Any refund of any amount will follow the posted refund schedule and will not take place until after the completion of the winter season in April 2022 and is at the discretion and approval of Panorama Mountain Resort. Pass usage will be determined through Panorama Mountain Resort's electronic data collection equipment and will not be determined by the passholder. Panorama Mountain Resort's interpretation of the conditions is final.

Medical

In the event of injury or illness:

  1. A doctor's certificate must be presented stating the date of injury, type of injury and estimated time of recovery before alpine skiing/snowboarding can be resumed.
  2. Medical conditions and injuries must restrict the user from skiing/snowboarding for at least 30 consecutive days from injury date.

Moving for Employment

In the event of a move require for employment:

  1. A letter must be presented from the new employer stating the company name, location and start date.
  2. Any change in employment must restrict the user from skiing / snowboarding at Panorama Mountain Resort for a minimum of 30 consecutive days.
  3. The Passholder’s new principal residence for employment must be located more than 350 kilometres from Panorama Mountain Resort.
Passholders must complete the online form for consideration of Medical or a Moving for Employment refund and to enact the Peace of Mind Promise. This cannot be actioned in person or over the phone. Only Passholders who have completed the online form by February 28, 2022 will be considered for refund. Refund will follow usage schedule. If the current Season Pass is used for any reason after the claim date, no refund will be issued.

Resort Closure

Season Passholders may be eligible to a full or partial refund based on pass usage in the event the Winter 2021/22 winterseason is less than 80 days in total duration. Refund will follow usage schedule.

Travel Restrictions

The Peace of Mind Promise does not cover COVID-19 travel restrictions imposed by federal or provincial governments. Pandemic orders and guidelines are constantly changing. A 2021-22 Panorama Winter Season Pass should be purchased only if the Passholder believes they will be able to safely travel between December 2021 and April 2022. Refunds will NOT be issued if travel restrictions are implemented in your home country or province, or in the Province of British Columbia.

SEASON PASS USAGE POLICY

Pass Usage

  1. The Season Pass is for personal use only. It is not transferable and cannot be resold.
  2. The Season Pass is valuable. A Passholder is responsible in the event of any misuse or misconduct.
  3. The Passholder should report a lost or stolen Season Pass to Panorama Guest Services immediately. The replacement cost for a lost or forgotten Season Pass is $5 per RFID card. Valid photo identification must be presented.
  4. If a Season Pass is used by an individual other than the named Passholder, a $250 fine will apply for fraudulent use. The pass will be invalid until the fine has been paid. Panorama Mountain Resort reserves the right to revoke skiing / snowboarding privileges.

  2. All Season Passholders must abide by the Alpine Responsibility Code at all times. Any breach may lead to temporary or permanent loss of privileges and removal from the mountain.
  3. All Season Passholders must abide by the Panorama Health and Safety protocols.
  4. A Season Pass will be revoked for failure to abide by applicable terms and conditions or conduct detrimental to Panorama Mountain Resort, including but not limited to theft of property or service, violation of Federal, Provincial and Local law.

The Pass includes

  • Two days of Skiing/Riding at each destination (not each mountain - 48 days total) during the 2022/23 winter season.
  • Unlimited days at 50% off the 1-day ticket window rate for the destination on the day the ticket is used, based on the age group of the passholder.
  • Lodging offers up to 25% off (blackout dates may apply).
  • Third bonus day resort must be selected at checkout. Any changes in resort selection must be requested before November 1, 2022. Change requests must be approved by the resort and are not guaranteed.
  • 2022/23 passes are valid in the southern hemisphere for the 2022 season and the northern hemisphere from the Fall of 2022 through May 31, 2023.

Redeeming Your Collective Pass at Panorama

Mountain Collective pass holders do not require a reservation to ski or ride at Panorama Mountain Resort. On your first day, please bring a printout of your purchase confirmation (with barcode) and photo identification to an outside ticket window at the Ski Tip Lodge. Pass holders can also opt for pre-arrival fulfillment by mail, which is available through your Mountain Collective account.
