What is Affirm?
Affirm is one of Canada’s leading installment payment platforms, providing shoppers with payment solutions at their favourite retailers, both in-store and online. By selecting Affirm as a payment method at checkout, customers can enjoy their purchase immediately while splitting up the cost over time.

How do I use Affirm?
Easy! Add your products to your cart as normal, and select Affirm as a payment method at checkout!
If you have not used Affirm before, you will be prompted to create an account. If you have used Affirm before, log in to your account and proceed.

How do I get a return with Affirm?
Changed your mind? No worries! Contact our reservations team at reservations@panoramaresort.com or call 1.800.663.2929 to begin the return process.
Important to know:
- Return policies are subject to the specific T&C's of the product purchased.
- SnowCards are non-refundable.
- If a return is made after the repayment period has begun, interest already paid to Affirm will not be returned, future interest is not charged.

Can I use Affirm with multiple items in my cart?
Affirm is only available when all items in your cart are eligible for a payment plan. Some products in our online store are not eligible for financing through Affirm. If your cart contains an ineligible item, Affirm will not appear as a payment option at checkout. To use Affirm for eligible products, remove any ineligible items from your cart and purchase them separately using another payment method.

Affirm Disclosure
Payment options through Affirm Canada Holdings Ltd. (“Affirm”). Your rate will be 0–31.99% APR (where available and subject to provincial regulatory limitations). APR offered is based on creditworthiness and subject to an eligibility check. Not all customers will be eligible for 0% APR.
For example a $800 purchase could be split into 12 monthly payments of $72.21 at 15% Apr, or 4 interest-free payments of $200 every 2 weeks.
