Have questions? Please contact our Reservations Centre at 1.800.663.2929 or information@panoramaresort.com

  • When do I use my Adventure Pass?

We recommend using an Adventure Pass for one day, full of mountain activities! However, your mountain coaster ride and activity of your choosing, can be redeemed any day of the summer season.

Timberline Traverse Aerial Adventure Park must be used at the date and time chosen upon booking. If you need to reschedule please visit the Guest Services Desk inside Ski Tip Lodge, or contact our Reservations Team at 1.800.663.2929 or information@panoramaresort.com

  • How long should I allow for all three activities?

Allow around four hours to enjoy all three Adventure Pass activities, with the Timberline Traverse typically taking about two hours. Guests looking for a quicker adventure may be able to complete all activities in less time, depending on their pace.

  • Can I use the activities on different days?

Yes, your Adventure Pass activities can be used on different days. However, most guests choose to enjoy them all in one fun-filled day at Panorama.

To make the most of your visit, start by booking your timeslot for the Timberline Traverse Aerial Adventure Park, as reservations are required. Next, plan your Wild Rider Mountain Coaster ride around your aerial park booking, as wait times can be longer during peak periods. Then, fit in your third activity, such as the sightseeing chairlift, climbing wall, or mini golf, whenever it best suits your schedule, as these experiences are quick and flexible.

Don't forget to take a break along the way! Stay hydrated, grab a bite to eat at one of the village restaurants, and finish your adventure with a scoop of ice cream from Mountain Outfitters Café.

  • Where do I park?

There is plenty of space available in Parking lot 2 (P2). From there take the free Village Gondola to the Upper Village to collect your tickets and access your adventure.

  • Can I buy on the same day?

Yes, Adventure Passes can be purchased on the day of your visit. However, you'll receive the best value by purchasing in advance online or as part of a lodging package. We also recommend booking ahead because the Timberline Traverse Aerial Adventure Park requires reserved timeslots and can sell out on busy days. Purchasing in advance helps secure your preferred time and ensures you get the most out of your adventure.

  • Is the mountain coaster suitable for young children?

    Riding Requirements:

    • Riders must be at least 125 cm (4'1") tall to ride alone.
    • Children 3–7 years old may ride as passengers with a driver who is at least 15 years old.
    • Passengers must be a minimum of 96 cm (3'2") tall and no taller than the driver's shoulders while seated.
    • The combined maximum weight per cart is 118 kg (260 lbs).

The Wild Rider Mountain Coaster is a family-friendly adventure, but for everyone's safety, all height, age, and weight requirements must be met before riding.

  • What happens if it rains?

Rain at Panorama?! We prefer to call it liquid sunshine! While we'd love to promise bluebird skies every day, Mother Nature occasionally has other plans.

The good news is mountain weather changes quickly, so often the best plan is to grab a bite to eat, explore the village, or enjoy an ice cream while you wait for the sun to make its comeback. Light showers may not affect all activities, so some adventures can continue as scheduled.

If you've booked a timeslot for the Timberline Traverse Aerial Adventure Park, be sure to check in with Guest Services if the weather turns. They'll let you know if your timeslot can proceed or help you reschedule if needed.

If the weather doesn't cooperate and you can't return another day, visit Guest Services. Our team will work with you to explore the best available options so you don't miss out on the adventure.
