Know Before You Go - Our Top Tips

TERRAIN, CONDITIONS & WEATHER

Check our Daily Snow Report for the latest, no malarkey info on conditions straight from the mountain. You'll also find current temperatures, our grooming report

Make sure you are prepared for the conditions of the day. If it's cold, dress in appropriate layers, have extra layers in your car in case you need them and plan your breaks throughout the day. Please enjoy BYO lunches in your condo, at your vehicle or at a designated outdoor dining area.

MASKS & COVID PROTOCOLS

Masks are mandatory in all public indoor spaces and in most outdoor areas of the resort including lift lines and while riding the chairlift. Face coverings must fully cover your nose and mouth, so if your mask has holes in it you'll need to turn it around or find an alternative. Holes aren't okay.

Not keen to mask up? Please don't visit. There are no exceptions to our policy and we are not able to accommodate exemptions at this time. Learn more here.

Before you visit, check out our COVID Protocols and Winter Operations. Enhanced public health measures are in place across British Columbia and you can find complete information about these orders and guidelines here

SOCIAL GATHERINGS

Public health regulations in BC prohibit all indoor social gatherings with anyone who is not in your immediate household. Basically, if you don't live with someone you shouldn't be inviting them into your residence or vacation accommodation right now. Specific restrictions extend to dining out as well. There is no indoor dining as of March 30. Only takeaway options are available. Tables are a maximum of six people and cannot be joined on the outdoor patios and decks. The rules around gathering outdoors were eased on March 11 to allow up to 10 people to gather outside such as in your backyard or a park.

TICKETS & PASSES

*The advanced sale of lift tickets by phone or online will end on April 4. From April 5-11, please purchase your tickets at Guest Services or the Ticket Office in the upper village.

Purchase your lift tickets and passes online or by phone, they are not for sale in person this season at either the resort or our store in Invermere. We recommend buying your tickets in advance so that you know you can go. Capacity limits may be put in place during busy holiday periods. You can collect pre-purchased tickets, passes and cards at Guest Services, the Greywolf Pro Shop or the Mountain Centre for Adventure in downtown Invermere. Buy tickets.

Got a Lake Louise Plus Card? A reservation system is now in place for all LLPC holders. Please reserve your spot online before heading to the mountain.

EAT & DRINK

Restaurants and cafés are currently available for takeaway or limited patio service only while indoor dining is prohibited in BC. Plan your day to avoid busier times, or pack a lunch and eat back at your vehicle. You can order takeout online for Alto and T-Bar & Grill, here (available 11AM - 8PM). CABIN Smokehouse also has an easy online ordering app. Check out our restaurant listings for more details. The Mountain Huts (Summit & Elkhorn) will also only have takeaway for outdoor consumption.

PARKING

Space in our parking areas may fill earlier than normal, especially on weekends. Arrive early for prime parking or park at Greywolf Golf Course for ski-in/ski-out access via the Sunbird Chair. On powder days and extra busy holidays, we'll post updates to our Facebook page as parking fills up. Our Mountain Valley shuttle is also running this season. You can find the schedule here.

PATIENCE & KINDNESS

Lineups are rare at Panorama, but with physical distancing in place across the resort lift lines and wait times may be longer than normal, especially during peak periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding as our staff work hard to get you on the mountain or into a venue as quickly as possible.

HAVE FUN

Things are different this winter but we're still having fun. Sliding on snow and being in the mountains feels just as incredible as it always has. There's plenty of terrain here and you'll easily find your own space. Take a moment to relax, smile wide and go skiing.
