Lantern Ski Information

We are lining the Placer Trail with lanterns for you to enjoy a beautiful evening Nordic Ski all the way to the Pentagon Hut where you will be met with a toasty outdoor fire to warm your hands.

Bring a headlamp and a snack. All levels are welcome.

Please note:

All trail users require a valid day XC ticket or season pass for the XC Lantern Ski event. Any nordic day tickets will also be valid for the lantern ski.
XC Lantern Ski event trail passes can be purchased at the Nordic Centre for $10/pp which include a hot chocolate. Skiers 5 years and under are complimentary.
Hot Chocolate tickets are also available for $3/pp also available at the Nordic Centre. Hot chocolate will be served at the Pentagon Hut from 6PM – 8:00PM.
We will have two routes: 1 for beginners (along Paradox) and 1 for intermediate and advanced skiers (to Pentagon Hut).
XC gear rentals available at the Nordic Centre.
