Enjoy skiing under the lights of the Mile 1 Express
Ski under the lights of the Mile 1 Express chairlift from 5-8 PM ! Showoff is freshly groomed prior to extended hours skiing.
The mountain doesn’t sleep...and now, neither do the good times! Panorama is beyond excited to bring back night skiing for the 2025/26 winter season, brighter and better than ever. Thanks to the installation of 68 state-of-the-art, high-efficiency induction lights, the Showoff trail will be glowing with a crisp, even illumination that makes every turn feel smooth, confident, and exhilarating. Designed specifically for evening operations, these advanced fixtures reduce glare off the snow so you can carve under the stars with clarity and comfort.
But the fun doesn’t stop there. We’re turning up the energy with The Park After Dark, where freestyle skiers and riders can send it under the lights, and Friday Night Racing, a social, beer-league-style event that’s all about friendly rivalry and après vibes. Whether you’re chasing podiums or just chasing the thrill of carving down perfectly lit runs, nights at Panorama are about to become the highlight of your week.
Bring your friends, make new ones, and discover how electric the mountain feels after sunset. The lights are on. The lifts are spinning. The night is yours at Panorama.
NIGHT SKIING OPERATIONS
Operations are from 5-8pm on the following nights.
NEED HELP CHOOSING WHAT'S RIGHT FOR YOU?
There are a variety of ticket types available for night skiing. Check out the list below and find what is right for you as it might already be included with your stay or your pass type.
Night skiing is a benefit of being a Panorama Season Passholder! Your Season Pass will work just like normal at the Mile 1 Express.
Guests who book their stay through Panorama Mountain Resort Central Reservations, our official online booking system, or an accredited lodging partner, like Skican or Merritt Vacations, can enjoy complimentary night skiing on select evenings.
Arrival Night:
You can enjoy night skiing on your arrival evening by simply visiting the Guest Services desk in Ski Tip Lodge to have your arrival-night access added to your lift ticket.
During your stay with a paid day:
Night skiing is included with your pre-purchased lift ticket bundled with your lodging stay. You’ll receive your ticket at check-in from the Front Desk, and it’s valid for night skiing on each day you ski during your visit.
Frequency Cardholder:
The benefit of included night skiing is due to you lodging with us and not the fact that you have a frequency card (Panorama SnowCard, Ikon Pass, Mountain Collective, or Lake Louise Plus Card). For those who are both a lodging guest and a frequency cardholder, just stop by Guest Services in Ski Tip Lodge to have night skiing added to your card for the duration of your visit.
(Please note: this offer does not apply to bookings made through online travel agencies such as Expedia.)
If you are not sure if your night skiing is included you can email us at reservations@panoramaresort.com with your reservation number and last name on the booking and we can check for you.
If you’ve already been on the slopes with a full-day or half-day lift ticket, you can add on night skiing at a special rate of over 50% off. This offer also applies to holders of frequency cards such as the Panorama SnowCard, Lake Louise Plus Card, Ikon Pass, or Mountain Collective.
Add-on night skiing tickets are available only to guests who have skied earlier that same day and can be purchased at Guest Services. (Note: The add-on option is not available with the Discovery Pass.)
Important: If you hold a multi-day ticket or frequency card and plan to ski only at night, please do not go directly to the lift. Scanning your pass will automatically deduct a full-day ticket, which is priced higher than night skiing. To get the best value, purchase a separate night skiing ticket instead.
We’ve got a few great ways to get you out under the lights! Choose a single-night ticket for the date that suits you best, or make the most of it with our new StarCard and enjoy multiple nights of skiing.
