Calgary International Airport (via Banff) Transfers

If you have booked a reservation directly with Panorama Mountain Resort, there is one shuttle time available daily between Panorama and Calgary International Airport (YYC), in each direction, that will run upon request. Drop offs or pick ups at Banff must be requested at the time of booking. Advanced bookings are essential.

Shuttle space may be available for resort guests who did not book directly through Panorama Central Reservations. Please call 1.800.663.2929 to check availability and inquire about this service.

Approximate journey time is 4hrs.
Available December 5, 2024 (day before opening day) to April 20, 2025 (closing day). Please note that on Dec. 5 transfers run to Panorama only. On April 20 transfers run from Panorama only.
At the airport, proceed to Meeting Place B to check in for your shuttle and to meet the driver. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to scheduled departure time.

Please note: We recommend transportation is booked at least 10 days in advance to secure your seat. Transfers are subject to availability. Bookings are refundable up to 7 days before departure. Bookings or cancellations within 7 days of departure are 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend you purchase travel insurance.

Pricing, Departure Times & Locations

From Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Panorama or Panorama to YYC

Adult: $185 +tax

Child (12 and under): $139 +tax

Passengers meet the shuttle driver inside the airport, Exit door 5, Meeting Place B on the arrivals floor at YYC.

Departure Times:

Panorama to YYC: Departs the resort at 6:30 AM (MST)

YYC to Panorama: Departs the airport at 6:00 PM (MST)

From Banff to Panorama or Panorama to Banff

Adult: $159 +tax

Child (12 and under): $125 +tax

Passenger pick-up is at Brewster Bus Terminal, 100 Gopher Street, Banff.

Departure Times:

Panorama to Banff: Departs the resort at 11:00 AM (MST)

Banff to Panorama: Departs Banff at 3:45 PM (MST)

*Panorama lodging guests will be advised of their pick-up location the night before departure. Pick-up is usually outside your accommodation. All other guests will be picked up at Central Check-In. Please arrive 20 minutes before departure. Arrival times are approximate.
