Due to new province-wide health restrictions in effect in BC from March 30, indoor dining and raclette is no longer available. We look forward to serving you in our outdoor cafe and takeout window instead.
This historical cabin serves up intimate lunches featuring homemade soups and traditional Swiss alpine style cheese grill (Raclette) and features dozen of BC wines, craft beers and liqueurs.
Raclette is a decadent Swiss tradition where Raclette cheese is melted and served over an assortment of breads, vegetables and meats. The Elkhorn Cabin serves a lighter Raclette at lunch, or reserve a table and come for evening après with friends for a full grill featuring meats and an expanded selection of vegetables. After dinner, you'll enjoy a guided ski back down to the village by the light of your headlamp.
The Elkhorn Cabin is located on the side of the slopes, midway down Rollercoaster and boasts some of the best views on the mountain.
Outdoor Café
Thursday - Sunday, 10:30am - 4pm. The Elkhorn is expanding to make place for an extra seating area outside where guests will be able to enjoy hot beverages from a new espresso machine, baked goods and meals comfortably. The outdoor cafe will serve pulled pork and brisket sandwiches smoked on applewood in-house and served with coleslaw. Order at the kitchen window and be served at your seat outside.
Dining in (Unavailable as of March 30)
Thursday - Sunday, 11am - 3:45pm. The Elkhorn Cabin will welcome guests inside to savour its renowned raclette. Groups between 2 and 6 people will have a choice of homemade soup, raclette and homemade dessert. The Elkhorn Cabin's classic Gluhwein and Kootenay hot apple cider will be available, along with a great selection of BC wines by the glass or bottle.
