Housekeeping Service, Garbage and Room Maintenance

Current guidelines prevent us from entering your unit during your stay, unless for essential maintenance. For fresh bedding, towels and linens please call 250.342.6941. For garbage removal, please contact the Front Desk at 250.342.6941. We will have a housekeeper come and discard of any bagged garbage. Please do not leave any garbage outside your room or on decks as it will attract wildlife. We encourage energy savings by turning off all lights during your stay and keeping the thermostat at a moderate temperature during the night. Upon departure, please turn your thermostat to 17 degrees Celsius, turn off all lights and close doors and windows.

 Washroom Fans

We ask that you please keep the washroom fan switched on while using using the shower in order to help us control the humidity. While your room is unoccupied and upon hotel departure please turn fans off.

Recycling

Panorama Mountain Resort is conscious of its surroundings. The future of our community and our village is directly linked to the investment, care and interest we show our environment. One of these steps is recycling. As in many other communities, we encourage all our guests to participate by recycling. You can recycle pop and beer cans, tin cans, and plastic beverage containers as well as paper. Panorama Recycling Depot is located on your way to Invermere, second driveway on your right after departing the resort.

Pets

To maintain our high level of cleanliness, we do not allow pets to stay in any of our rooms. There is a $250 fine plus the cleaning cost for bringing pets into Panorama Mountain Resort lodging and guests who do so will be asked to vacate the unit. Under certain circumstances, the next arriving guest may not be able to stay in that room and if so, there will be an additional relocation cost. Certified guide dogs and service dogs are permitted to stay in Panorama Mountain Resort Lodging. Please notify us at the time of reservation booking.

Non-Smoking

Panorama Mountain Resort is a non-smoking resort. If you choose to smoke in your room there will be a $250 additional cleaning fee added to your bill. The rooms must be cleaned more thoroughly so the next arriving guest who is expecting a non-smoking unit will not notice any evidence of a previous smoker. Under certain circumstances the next arriving guest may not be able to stay in that room and if so, there will be an additional relocation cost. Please dispose of cigarette ends responsibly by using the receptacles provided around the village. Going smoke free ensures a welcoming environment and allows the fresh mountain air to stay fresh. Our smoke free policy includes tobacco, vaping and cannabis. With wildfires in recent summers, it strengthened our steadfastness to this initiative to protect the environment and those who love to recreate in it.
