Mountain Yoga Information

Elevate your morning with an energizing 50 min yoga class. This class provides a mix of yoga and other stretching, strengthening, mobility and balancing movements.

Nourish your body and mind with mindful movement and breathwork. Leave feeling ready to take on whatever your day on the mountain brings!

Time and Dates:
  • 9am Saturdays during ski season (March 2nd, March 9th, March 16th, April 13.)
  • March 28 & April 6th TBC
  • Class duration is 50 minutes. 
Who is this for?
  • Classes are beginner-friendly and open to all levels.

  • Variations and modifications will be offered to accommodate all ability levels.

  • Minimum age to attend is 13.

  • Participants must book in advance as class size is limited. For last minute bookings, please email info@panoramayoga.com

Class information:
  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to get set up - classes will begin at the scheduled time.

  • Bring water and a towel if needed and wear layers.

  • Mats are provided but feel free to bring your own.

  • Waivers must be signed online before arrival. 
Venue:

Classes are located in the Creekside Room, a cozy space located in the Lower Village located above the General Store in Toby Creek Lodge. From the Upper Village, take the Village Gondola down and follow the signs towards the Horsethief and Toby Creek Lodges. You will find the Creekside Room right above the General Store which is about half the way down Toby Creek Lodge (on your right if your coming from the Gondola).
