Can I pick my child up for lunch?

My child normally naps, is this ok?

No. Please provide your own diapers and wipes for your child. If you have forgotten to bring these items, we do have a small amount in stock that we can use for the day.

My child was upset when I left, can I come and check on them throughout the day?

Yes. It is completely normal for children to get a little upset when separating from parents into a new environment. This usually lasts a very short time. Our skilled and experienced staff members are very familiar with this and have many strategies and techniques to help children settle in and thoroughly enjoy their day. We recommend families call to check up on their children after drop off to see if they have settled. We will also make courtesy calls to give you updates on your child’s wellbeing.

Can my child bring their own toys?

We do not recommend children bring toys from home, as they may get lost or broken. Comfort items are ok.

Absolutely! Wee Wascals staff will aim to get the children outside once in the morning and once in the afternoon. They will explore the mountain, climb through the FunZone, play tennis and sports, mini golf, water play and sometimes take a sightseeing tour up the chairlift.
