Terms and Conditions

Specific terms and conditions apply to all venues and catering contracts. To view our full terms and conditions please reach out to us.

  • Booking

    A $2000 deposit is required to hold a venue. This deposit is non-refundable within three months of your wedding date.

  • Pricing and service fee

    All prices are exclusive of tax. An 18% service fee is applicable for all catered functions and will be identified on your catering contract.

  • Catering

    All catered food and beverage service must be provided by the Culinary Team at Panorama Mountain Resort. The exception is wedding cakes which are permitted from outside suppliers and are subject to a cutting fee. Ask our Event & Catering Manager for more details.  

  • Bar service, policy and liquor license

    Cash, toonie and host bars are available. All beverages served must be provided by the Culinary Team at Panorama Mountain Resort. Specialty wine orders are permitted in accordance with BC liquor laws. Ask our Event & Catering Manager for more details.

    Please note that liquor service in venues ends at 12:30 AM, with last call announced to guests at 12:15 AM. Event end time in all venues is 1 AM.

  • Lodging

    A two night minimum stay applies to two and three bedroom units and to all units during peak times.

  • Music and noise

    All functions where music is played are subject to a fee by the Society of Composers, Authors and Music Publishers of Canada (SOCAN). Fees vary depending on the size of the venue. It is Panorama policy that all music indoors must end by 1 AM and outdoor music will end at 11 PM.

  • Liability and damage

    Panorama Mountain Resort reserves the right to inspect and control all private functions, including the conduct and performance of entertainers and the audible level of music played. Liability for all damages to the premises will be charged to the wedding couple’s master account. To avoid damage to wall covering and ceilings the use of tape, tacks and push pins are not permitted unless approved by the Events & Catering Manager. Confetti and rice are not permitted. The tossing of rose petals is allowed, provided that they are cleaned up immediately after the ceremony.
