ACCO MM O DATIO N & PAY MEN T S Teams will be accommodated in either Panorama or Invermere (30 minutes away) at Copper Point Resort or the Invermere Inn. Teams will be informed prior to arrival where their accommodation is located. For those staying at Panorama the name of the particular building will be confirmed at Central Check-In upon arrival.

Accommodation price of 90 CHF per person, per night will be applied for all team members – athletes, coaches and team officials. This price includes:

At Panorama, all athlete and coaches’ meals will be served in the Great Hall in Ski Tip Lodge. Due to seating capacity teams will be assigned staggered start and finish times for meals.

All buildings have limited height clearance and most team vans will need to be parked outdoors. • Upper Village Parking (P1): Parking permit required. Located adjacent to the Pine Inn and Race Office. • Lower Village Parking (P2): No parking permit required. A short gondola ride. Best for trailers and oversized vehicles.

The Ski Patrol Clinic (PC) is in the Mountain Operations building in the Upper Village, directly below the finish corral, and will be the Medical Services building for the duration of the race. It is equipped with all the necessary medical supplies and equipment including oxygen, pain management, and a dressing station. An extra medical room will be set up for the event in the Pine Inn (Room 201, adjacent to PC).

Non-emergency cases will be transported by the most appropriate means: by team / private vehicle OR by BC Ambulance. For serious injuries, the Chief of Medical or the

Patrol, Chief of Medical, and the Race Doctor. All team members have participated in extensive and job specific training and are proficient in competition medical response. The Chief of Medical and Race Doctor will lead the medical meetings in the

(Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport/ CCES) for all events. Athletes will be chaperoned from the finish line to the assigned room (250 metres) for testing. The room will be in the Pine Inn Hotel, next to the athlete medical center. The private room will have a washroom and drinks available.
