The Goods

• The registered holder of the SnowMax Ski Card is provided with four free days of skiing at either Panorama Mountain Village or Kicking Horse Mountain Resort
• For each day of skiing after the four initial free days, the holder will receive $15 off the window ticket price of full-day lift tickets
• Your FREE days are not valid between December 26, 2009 and January 3, 2010 and also between February 12, 2010 and February 15, 2010. Your $15 discount does apply during these periods!
• The SnowMax Ski Card is only available to residents of British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.

Frequently Asked Questions

• I purchased my SnowMax Ski Card online, how do I get it? If you bought your card  online or over the phone (through Panorama or Kicking Horse), please pick it up at Guest Services. We will activate the card for you and you'll be on the mountain in minutes! Sorry, we cannot mail your card to you.
• Can I buy and use more than one card under my name?
  No. Only one card can be registered per customer.
• Can I use more than one of my free days on the same day?
  No. The card is linked to the name of the cardholder. Once one ticket has been issued another ticket cannot be issued that same day.
• Will I be asked to produce my SnowMax Card when I ski?
  Yes. You must present a valid lift ticket to attendants every time you get on the lift. We may also ask to see your SnowMax Ski Card, so please carry it with you when you ski or ride. If you cannot display your card when asked, you may be denied access to the lift.
• Can I use my free days when ever I want?
  Not quite... Free days are not available during two blackout periods: December 26, 2009 to January 3, 2010 and also February 12 to 15, 2010.
• Am I entitled to my discount during blackout periods?
  Yes. The $15 lift ticket discount is available during the blackout dates. The ticket must be used by the holder and only one ticket is available per day.
• What happens if I forget my card?
  A discounted ticket will be issued to you only if your SnowMax Ski Card has been activated. Without the card, complimentary days will not be honoured.
• Will my card be replaced if it is lost or stolen?
  No. The card will not be replaced if lost or stolen. SnowMax is non refundable.

The 2011 SnowMax Ski Card will be back in October 2010. We'll see you then...
