Conveniently located in the upper village, Wee Wascals daycare provides a caring environment for your children when you visit Panorama. While you are out enjoying your day on the slopes, you can feel confident that your child is having fun and being well cared for by our qualified and experienced daycare staff.

What we offer:

Our daycare programs are for kids aged 18 months to 5 years old. Each day, we customize the activities around the needs, interests and abilities of each child.

Our day includes free play, story time, sensory activities, walks/outside time, dancing, arts, crafts and more. Whatever we are doing, we are dedicated to the safety and wellbeing of your child at all times.

Wee Wascals is a licensed facility and all staff are highly trained, have undergone criminal record checks as well as CPR/Childcare first-aid training.

Availability:

Dates: December 12, 2025 - April 11, 2026

Days: Open Thursday to Monday, plus additional days between Christmas & New Years Day

*Please Note daycare is closed Christmas Day

Full Day: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Half Day: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM OR 1 PM - 4:00 PM

Cancellations: 100% refundable up until 48 hours prior to the childcare date at which point it’s 100% non-refundable.

Bookings made within 48 hours notice must be booked directly at Wee Wascals.

The Wee details:

Reservations
All childcare bookings need to be pre-booked through Central Reservations at least 48 hours prior to booking dates. You can make your childcare booking when you make your reservation to stay at Panorama by calling 1.800.663.2929.
In order to ensure your spot, we need the following information:
- The dates you require childcare
- Half day or full day selection
- Child’s name and date of birth
- Your name
- A credit card
- Contact number
- If you would like to add on lunch for an extra $15 per day
What should parents bring?
- Proof of birth (birth certificate or passport)
- Immunization History
- Health Insurance Number and doctor’s phone number (Photocopies are acceptable)
What should kids bring?
- Outdoor jacket and snow pants, mittens, hat
- Extra warm layers & a spare change of clothes
- Indoor shoes or slippers
- Water bottle
- Snow boots
Drop off and pick up
Drop off:
- Full Day & Half Day AM: anytime after 9:30 AM.
- Half Day PM: anytime after 1 PM.
- Children will be signed into a registration sheet.
Pick Up:
- Half Day AM: anytime before 12:30 PM at Wee Wascals.
- Full Day & Half Day PM: anytime before 5:00 PM at Wee Wascals.
- Children must be signed out to an authorized person listed on their registration form.
- All children must be picked up by 5:00 PM. Please be on time.
- Note: Late pick up fee is $15 per 15 min.
Lunch and snacks

A menu for each week will be available at Wee Wascals, two snacks (AM and PM) are provided daily. We are able to refrigerate or warm lunches and snacks from home. Please inform staff of any known or suspected food allergies/issues, or and special dietary requirements right away. To protect all children with nut allergies in Wee Wascals, we have nut free policy. Please refrain from sending any products which may contain nuts with your child.
