Guest Services

The Guest Services Desk is located in Ski Tip Lodge in the Upper Village.  Our friendly and knowledgeable staff are happy to answer any questions you may have.  Whether its tickets, season passes, resort information, or activity reservations that you need, we are here to help. 

Hours of Operation:

Open Daily starting December 8th from 8:30am to 7:00pm.

 Extended hours of 8:30am to 9:00pm in effect Dec. 21 – Jan 6, Feb 16 – 24

Limited hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm in effect Apr 1 – 15
