Tube Park Rules

Play Safe Everyone!

 

1) You must have a valid ticket to enter the tube park.

2) Children must be 42" tall and 3 years of age to use the tube park.

3) One person per tube, regardless of age

4) Participants must follow the attendants instruction. Failure to do so we will result in loss of lift ticket without refund.

5) Children are the responsibility of their parent or legal guardian. Panorama Mountain Village Staff are not responsible for supervising / monitoring children's behaviour.

6) Unsafe conduct will result in the removal of lift ticket without refund

7) Ski boots are not permitted in the tube park.

8) Use of any sliding device other than the one provided by Panorama Mountain Village is strictly prohibited.

9) Run conditions vary with weather and use. Please be aware of conditions before purchasing a ticket. Refunds will not be issued.

10) Panorama Mountain Village will not be responsible for personal injury, or damage/wear to clothing due to any cause whatsoever using the tube park. Guardians must accept there is no guarantee of personal safety.

11) Helmets are strongly recommended.
