Facts:

· Located in the province of British Columbia in the Canadian Rocky Mountains, 308 km west of Calgary. Take Hwy 1 west to Hwy 93 south to Invermere. Panorama is 18 km west of Invermere.
· Owned and operated by Intrawest Corporation, the world's leading developer and operator of village-centered resorts.
· A summer/winter resort offering skiing and snowboarding at Panorama Mountain, golf at Greywolf Golf Course and a variety of accommodation options. Ski-in/ski-out, golf-in/golf-out real estate opportunities are available in the upper and lower villages and along the fairway at Greywolf.
· Panorama's ski hill offers over 2,847 patrolled acres, over 4,000 vertical feet and over 120 trails serviced by 9 ski lifts, including two new quads. The terrain is broken down into 20 per cent beginner, 55 per cent intermediate/advanced and 25 per cent expert. The mountain is open from early December to late April.
· Greywolf Golf Course is an 18-hole, 7,140-yard, par 72 course designed by Doug Carrick. It is open from early May to early October.
· Accommodation for 3,000 people.
