Housekeeping - Deep Clean Services


To arrange for your home to be deep cleaned by Panorama's Housekeeping department please call: 250-341-4170
You will need to arrange for keys/codes to be picked up through Central Check-in.


This service will be limited to shoulder seasons (non-Ski/non-Golf) and are subject to availability

Front Desk Services

If you are not in the Panorama Rental Pool/Program then you do not appear in our reservations system. To help our Front Desk Agents identify you as an Owner or your guests please do the following when arriving at Front Desk:

1) Let the Front Desk Agent know you are a private owner (or guest of) and which Property and Unit# you own.

2) Indicate which keys you need from Front Desk (E.g. Pool Key and/or Unit Key)

Please note that Front Desk does not have an inventory of  hard keys for Non Rental Pool Condos and/or Townhomes.
 
If you have guests staying in your condo or if you have someone coming to clean your condo, please send an email ahead of time to let the Front Desk know that a guest or cleaning company will be requesting a keys-card for your unit.

If you have a cleaning company that you would like to continuously allow access please contact us. For security reasons we need to have this authorization from you in order to release your keys.
 
If you have medium or long term private tenants in your unit or townhome, please email the front desk manager or front desk console with the names of who is residing there and has key-card access. Also include how long they are renting your property.
Again, for security reasons and emergency contact we need to have this information. Your tenants and/or guests may be refused entry if you as the owner have not sent an email confirmation.
 
 
 

Access to the Springs Pools

Panorama monitors access to the Panorama Springs Pools. Pools are available to all owners who pay Village Amenity Fees. Owners who are NOT in our Panorama Rental Pool will not appear in our reservation system. In order for you to access the pools please do the following;
 
1)  Let the Pool Attendant know which Property and Unit# you own
 
2)  Present your “Plastic Panorama Key Card" to the pool attendant.
 
If you have guests or friends staying in your unit please let them know that they also need to perform the above first two steps. This will notify the pool attendant that they are the guests of an Owner.
