Panorama Mountain Village takes the worry out of planning your next conference. Our coordinators will arrange all of your accommodation, events, and activities.
Our catering department will take care of all of your conferencing needs; including venue rental, a/v requirements and food and beverage.
Accommodation at Panorama is centrally located at the base of Panorama Mountain in the heart of our village. Just steps from the Springs Pools, dinning, and shopping; all of our units are condo style with a full kitchen and living area.
We can design your entire trip around group activities or incorporate team building exercises into your conferencing schedule. Choose from a variety of team builders including:
- Panorama Adventure Race
- Mini golf tournament
- Walk-in movie night on a large outdoor screen
- Trivia Night
- Take a break – a series of mini team builders to suit any meeting schedule
