Intrawest had proudly joined the worldwide environmental program called Project Planet. As a result we are, with your help, making a positive impact on the environment by decreasing water and energy consumption and reducing the amount of detergent waste water that must be recycled within our resort community.

It is our practice to change our guest room linens and towels and perform housekeeping services every third day for those guests staying multiple nights.

 

Third Day Housekeeping Service includes:
- Make beds and exchange linens and towels
- Vacuum

- Replenish guest amenities as needed

- Removal of garbage

- Tidy

For stays shorter than 6 nights you may wish to purchase housekeeping services on an "A la Carte" basis by calling 250-342-6941 and press '0'. While in house we guarentee service delivery within 24 hours of booking. It is our pleasure to replace towels or linens upon request.

 

For those guests staying 6 nights to 11 nights it is our practice to change our guest room linens and towels and perform housekeeping services midstay. For those guests staying 12 nights or longer it is our practice to change our guest room linens and towels and perform housekeeping service twice during their stay.

You will receive a daily room refresh service and an amenity replenishment as needed, which includes the addition of a linen change on the third day of your stay.
