For stays shorter than 6 nights you may wish to purchase housekeeping services on an "A la Carte" basis by calling 250-342-6941 and press '0'. While in house we guarentee service delivery within 24 hours of booking. It is our pleasure to replace towels or linens upon request.
For those guests staying 6 nights to 11 nights it is our practice to change our guest room linens and towels and perform housekeeping services midstay. For those guests staying 12 nights or longer it is our practice to change our guest room linens and towels and perform housekeeping service twice during their stay.
Midstay Service for stays 6 nights or longer includes:
- Make beds and exchange linens and towels
- Vacuum
- Clean and tidy the whole unit
- Replenish guest amenities as needed
- Removal of garbage
