1.  Am I able to book lift tickets without purchasing lodging online?
 
A: At present we do not offer this service.  Please visit Guest Services in the Ski Tip lodge to purchase lift tickets.
 
2.  I booked lodging at Panorama, are my lift tickets automatically included?
 
A: Summer reservations include FREE sightseeing lift tickets as part of your stay.  Mountain bike upgrades can be purchased through a reservations agent or at Guest Services office on arrival at the resort.
 
3.  I've booked my room, but not received my confirmation email?
 
A:  It may take up to 72 hours to process your order.  If you have still not recieved it or been contacted after this time, please call the reservations office at 1-800-663-2929 and have your travel plan number handy for reference.
 
4.  The package I'd like to book does not have a link to book it online.  I can't find it anywhere?
 
A:  Only some of our packages are available online.  If you are having trouble finding one that you are interested in and there is no link directly from the package detail page it is not available online.  Feel free to call in and discuss your options with our agents at 1-800-663-2929.
 
5.  I'm trying to book a package but it keeps refreshing and asking me to enter my dates again?
 
Our online booking engine is new and you may have to re-enter your dates up to 3 times before you get to the lodging selection page to book. Please be patient and enter the dates in again to reach the booking pages.  The system requires this process in order to narrow down the package selection and then reconfirms the correct package with you before continuing.
